The Vodka Fizz Cocktail is a simple light and juicy cocktail made up of 3 key ingredients; Vodka, Pineapple & Lemon.We are providing 2 versions of this recipe, the original full length version and a more simpler version that only needs 3 ingredients. Both achieve the same outcome, although you will get a more fuller flavour from the original version.
Ingredients
- 1 & 1/2 shots (40ml) x Vodka (We used Absolut)
- 2 & 1/2 shots (60ml) x Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 shot (10ml) x Lemon Juice
- 1/2 shot (10ml) x Sugar Syrup
- Soda Water to top up
Vodka Fizz Cocktail Recipe
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add the Vodka, Lemon Juice, Pineapple Juice and Sugar Syrup to the shaker.
- Shake the shaker for a few minutes until the outside turns ice cold. Then strain the mixture in to a glass filled with ice and top up with soda water.
- Then Sip & Enjoy!
For the simpler recipe:
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add the Vodka, and Pineapple Juice to the glass and give it a stir.
- Top up the glass with Lemonade.
- Then Sip & Enjoy!
