FAQs

My drink tastes like pure orange juice – did I do something wrong?

This usually happens if you’ve used too much ice or a glass that’s too large. If you fill a massive pint glass with orange juice, it will drown out the peach. Try to stick to a 2:1 ratio (two parts orange juice to one part each of everything else). If you’re using a larger glass, just increase the booze and cranberry proportionately to keep the flavours balanced.

Can I turn this into a pitcher for a BBQ?

Yes. Since it’s a “built” drink (no shaking required), it can scale up to a pitcher really well. Just keep the ratios the same and mix it all in a large jug without ice, then pour into individual glasses filled with ice when you’re ready to serve. This stops the whole pitcher from going watery while it sits on the table.
