The Yellowhammer Slammer Cocktail (also known as an Alabama Slammer) originates from, you guessed it Alabama. The drink is named after the Yellowhammer Alabama’s state bird. The cocktail has become so popular over the years, that apparently Gallette’s Bar in Tuscaloosa (the closest bar to the Alabama stadium) reportedly sells 4,000-5,000 at every University of Alabama home game.

- 1 shot x Rum
- 1 shot x Amaretto
- 2 shots x Orange Juice
- 4 shots x Pineapple Juice
- Slice of Orange & Cherry to Garnish
Yellowhammer Slammer Cocktail Recipe
- To make the Yellowhammer Slammer, fill a glass with ice and then add all the ingredients to the glass and stir.
- Garnish with an orange slice. Some also like to garnish with a Cherry too!
