The Southside Fizz is a citrusy refreshing summer cocktail. There are a few theories on where the name for this one comes from. Some people believe that it was created at the Southside Sportsmen’s Club on Long Island. Others believe that the name refers to the South Side of Chicago and that it may have been a favourite of Al Capone, whose gang dominated the South Side.
