You can buy Pumpkin Syrup in supermarkets and groceries stores, but did you know you can make it yourself at home and it only takes around 15 minutes by following this Pumpkin Syrup Recipe.

Pumpkin Syrup Ingredients

  • 180g Light Brown Sugar
  • 230ml Water
  • 80ml Pumpkin Puree
  • 3 Teaspoons of Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • A bottle or container, we used an old Gin Bottle!

Pumpkin Syrup Method

  1. Add the water and light brown sugar into a saucepan and simmer until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Turn the heat to low and whisk in the pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin puree. Simmer on low for 8 minutes, remove from heat, and allow to cool.
  3. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer, add the vanilla extract, and store the syrup in the refrigerator in a container with a tightly fitting lid for up to 1 month.
  4. You now have Pumpkin Syrup to use for any future cocktail recipes!
