A recipe you can find on the back of a bottle of Hendrick’s Neptunia. A great cocktail to try especially if you’ve been gifted a bottle of Hendricks Neptunia. They call it a masterpiece… I wouldn’t go that far, but it’s a great, easy cocktail to make.
Although this recipe is designed for you to use Hendrick’s Neptunia, you could probably get away with using any citrus Gin for this cocktail. Anything like lime, lemon, orange. If your gin, or the drink is too sweet, hold back on the sugar syrup and add more soda water.
Ingredients
This cocktail recipe isn’t one of ours, but it only consists of six ingredients (including ice and a garnish), so it’s pretty ‘home’ friendly.
- 50 ml Hendrick’s Neptunia Gin
- 25 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 25 ml Sugar Syrup
- 100 ml Soda Water
- Some cucumber slices for garnish
- Ice

Only four steps to make the perfect Neptunia Fizz!
- Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
- Stir gently.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with 3 sliced rounds of cucumber.
