Pink Gin Spritz Ingredients
- 50 ml Pink Gin (We used Gordon’s Premium Pink Gin)
- 10 ml Lemon Juice
- 10 ml Sugar Syrup
- 50 ml Rose Prosecco (We used Kylie Rose Prosecco)
- 4 Raspberries
- Top up with Tonic or Lemonade
- A slice of Lemon to garnish

Only seven steps to make the perfect Pink Gin Spritz!
- Add the Raspberries to the bottom of a highball glass and give them a muddle.
- Fill the highball glass with plenty of ice.
- Add the Pink Gin, Lemon Juice & Sugar Syrup to the glass.
- Add in the Rose Prosecco.
- Top with Tonic (or Lemonade if you don’t like tonic).
- Give the contents of the glass a good stir.
- Garnish with a slice of Lemon.
