Pink Gin Spritz Cocktail Recipe

Only seven steps to make the perfect Pink Gin Spritz!

  1. Add the Raspberries to the bottom of a highball glass and give them a muddle.
  2. Fill the highball glass with plenty of ice.
  3. Add the Pink Gin, Lemon Juice & Sugar Syrup to the glass.
  4. Add in the Rose Prosecco.
  5. Top with Tonic (or Lemonade if you don’t like tonic).
  6. Give the contents of the glass a good stir.
  7. Garnish with a slice of Lemon.
