Apricot Whisky Sour Ingredients
Alcohol
- 50 ml Whisky (We used The Singleton)
Juices, Sodas & Syrups
- 25 ml Lemon Juice
- 20 ml Apricot Jam
- 10 ml Simple Syrup (optional, if you like things sweeter)
- 1 Egg White
Fruit
- Dried Apricot (to garnish)
Apricot Whisky Sour Recipe
Only five steps to make the perfect Apricot Whisky Sour!
- Fill a shaker with ice, then add the whisky, lemon juice, jam, simple syrup and egg white.
- Shake the shaker hard for around 30 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a small piece of dried apricot on the top.
- Serve, sip and enjoy!
