FAQs

Do I have to use Pomegranate Juice?

It helps to deepen both the flavour and the colour, but you can leave it out if you prefer and add more cranberry juice if needed.

Can I make this non-alcoholic?

Absolutely, just leave out the gin and add an extra splash of soda water.

Can I batch make this in advance?

Yes – just mix everything except the soda water in a jug and keep chilled, also pre-prepare the garnishes. Then all you have to do is pour over ice and top with soda water and garnish.
