The Pornstar Martini Recipe is a modern but cocktail classic. It was created in 2002 by barman Douglas Ankrah at the Townhouse Bar in Knightsbridge, London. It was initially named the ‘Maverick Martini’ after a club in Cape Town, South Africa, but gained more popularity under its more fun name of ‘Pornstar Martini’.

Pornstar Martini Ingredients
- 2 x shots (50ml) of Vanilla Vodka (We used Absolut Vanilla Vodka)
- 1 x shot (25ml) of Passion Fruit Liqueur (We used Passoa)
- 1 & 1/2 x shots (35ml) of Passion Fruit Syrup
- 3 x shots (75ml) Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 x shot (10ml) of Lime Juice
- 0.5 x shot (10ml) of Sugar Syrup
- Half a Passion Fruit to garnish (optional)
- Bottle of Prosecco To Top Up
Pornstar Martini Recipe
Only six steps to make the perfect Pornstar Martini!
- Add some ice and the Vanilla Vodka, Passion Fruit Syrup, Passion Fruit Liqueur, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice & Sugar Syrup to the shaker.
- Shake well for 30 seconds.
- Stop shaking for around 1 minute.
- Shake again for 30 seconds.
- Double strain in to a Martini glass and top up with the Prosecco and then top with a Passion Fruit halve.
- Sip & Enjoy!
