This Gin & Elderflower Cocktail is a perfect twist on a traditional Gin & Tonic and is super simple to make.
If you’re looking to go one better then you can add a splash of Prosecco and turn it into a Hugo Spritz.
Gin & Elderflower Cocktail Ingredients
- 50 ml Gin (We used Sipsmith London Dry Gin)
- 25 ml Elderflower Cordial
- Top up with Tonic or Lemonade
- A wedge of Lemon to garnish

Only seven steps to make the perfect Gin & Elderflower Cocktail!
- Fill a highball glass with plenty of ice.
- Add the Gin & Elderflower to the glass.
- Top with Tonic (or Lemonade if you don’t like tonic).
- Give the contents of the glass a good stir.
- Garnish with a wedge of Lemon (you can also add a few sprigs of mint for an added aroma).
