- 25 ml Apple Liqueur (We used Apple Sourz)
Juices, Sodas & Syrups
- 15 ml Lime Juice
- Soda water to top up

Only five steps to make the perfect Apple & Mint Spritz!
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Add the Gin, Apple Liqueur and Lime Juice.
- Top with Soda Water (or Prosecco for extra sparkle) and stir gently.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a few thin apple slices.
