FAQs

Can I batch the pumpkin spice syrup?

Yes – just scale the recipe and store it in the fridge. It will keep for up to a week in a sealed bottle or jar.

What if I don’t have toffee apple vodka?

Swap for regular vodka and increase the apple juice slightly.

Can I make this non-alcoholic?

Absolutely – just leave out the vodka and add an extra 25 ml apple juice. Or top with sparkling apple juice instead of soda water.
