FAQs
Can I batch the honey syrup?
Yes – just scale the syrup recipe and store it in the fridge. It will keep for up to a week in a sealed bottle or jar.
Can I use bourbon instead of scotch?
Yes, bourbon works perfectly and makes the cocktail a little sweeter and rounder in flavour.
