  1. To start off you need to make the honey syrup. To do this, combine equal parts runny honey and hot water, stir until smooth, and cool before using.
  2. Add the whisky, lemon juice, honey syrup, and bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until well chilled.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Lightly slap a sprig of rosemary to release the aroma and garnish along with a lemon wheel.
  6. Briefly flame the rosemary sprig to release the smokiness.
  7. Serve, sip and enjoy!
