⏰ 3-5 minutes 🍸 Unique 💰 Luxury 🏃‍♀️ Long

This Elderflower Prosecco Cocktail, also called a ‘Bump Start’ is based around a creation by Monica Shaw for The Great British Chefs website who came up with the cocktail after a summer camping trip in the Lake District, whereby she had been drinking mocktail version’s of this cocktail and her car would not start and had to be ‘bump started’, hence where the name of this cocktail comes from.

The citrus flavours are gentle balanced out by the Elderflower and Sugar Syrup with the Prosecco making it a perfect light summer’s drink.
