This Mermaid Colada Cocktail is the drink of summer 2021! A twist on the classic and iconic Pina Colada. A dash of blue Curaçao giving a vibrant blue hue, you’ll think you are on a sunny beach just by looking at it.

Mermaid Colada Ingredients
- 4 shots (100ml) x White Rum (We Used Barcardi Carta Blanca)
- 4 shots (100ml) x Pineapple Juice
- 4 shots (100ml) x Coconut Cream
- 1 shot (25ml) x Malibu
- 2 shots (50ml) x Blue Curaçao
- Handful of frozen Pineapple Chunks
- Ice for blending
Mermaid Colada Cocktail Recipe
- To make the Mermaid Colada Cocktail, pour in to a blender the Pineapple Juice, White Rum, Malibu, ice and blend until smooth. Alternatively for an adult slushie you can leave the ice a bit chunky and blend to a slushy consistence.
- Pour in to a shaker and then add in the Coconut Cream and shake vigorously until a consistent texture.
- Strain through in to a glass filled with ice and serve.
- Alternatively this cocktail can be served in a hollow out Pineapple with a Pineapple segment on the rim for a full Caribbean beach experience.
- Then Sip & Enjoy!
