This Mermaid Lemonade Cocktail is for those summer days. The hue matches those summer blue skies and blue seas. A rum inspired twist on the classic Blue Lagoon!

Mermaid Lemonade Ingredients
- 2 shots (50ml) x Rum (We used Bacardi Carta Blanca)
- 1/2 shot (10ml) x Blue Curaçao
- 4 shots (100ml) x Lemonade
- Lemon Segments to garnish
Mermaid Lemonade Recipe
- To make this Mermaid Lemonade, add some crushed ice to the bottom of the glass. Then add in the Blue Curaçao, and then pour on to the rum and some more ice (the ice helps create a nice layering affect). Then finish by pouring over the lemonade.
- Garnish with a lemon segment.
- Then Sip & Enjoy!
