This El Diablo cocktail recipe is one for all you tequila lovers. It’s origins date back to around 1946/47 and was originally finished with ginger ale, although most recipes today now use ginger beer. The El Diablo is a blend of tequila, Creme de Cassis, Lime Juice and Ginger Beer.

El Diablo Cocktail Recipe

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Then measure and add the Lime Juice, Tequila, Creme de Cassis.
  3. Give the contents of the glass a stir.
  4. Top up with the Ginger Beer.
  5. Garnish with a wedge of Lime.
  6. Then sip & enjoy!
