This El Diablo cocktail recipe is one for all you tequila lovers. It’s origins date back to around 1946/47 and was originally finished with ginger ale, although most recipes today now use ginger beer. The El Diablo is a blend of tequila, Creme de Cassis, Lime Juice and Ginger Beer.

El Diablo Ingredients
- 50ml (2 shots) x Tequila (We used Jose Cuervo Especial Reposado Tequila)
- 15ml (Just over 1/2 shot) x Creme de Cassis
- 25ml of Lime Juice
- 75ml (3 shots) x Ginger Beer
- Ice
- Garnish with lime wedges
El Diablo Cocktail Recipe
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Then measure and add the Lime Juice, Tequila, Creme de Cassis.
- Give the contents of the glass a stir.
- Top up with the Ginger Beer.
- Garnish with a wedge of Lime.
- Then sip & enjoy!
