  • 25 ml Lemon Juice
  • 20 ml Apricot Jam
  • 10 ml Simple Syrup (optional, if you like things sweeter)
  • 1 Egg White

Fruit

  • Dried Apricot (to garnish)

Apricot Whisky Sour Recipe

Only five steps to make the perfect Apricot Whisky Sour!

  1. Fill a shaker with ice, then add the whisky, lemon juice, jam, simple syrup and egg white.
  2. Shake the shaker hard for around 30 seconds.
  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a small piece of dried apricot on the top.
  5. Serve, sip and enjoy!
