FAQs
Can I batch the honey syrup?
Yes – just scale the syrup recipe and store it in the fridge. It will keep for up to a week in a sealed bottle or jar.
What type of cider should I use?
A dry or medium sparkling apple cider keeps the cocktail balanced. Sweeter ciders work too but reduce the syrup slightly.
