FAQs
Can I use spiced rum instead of white rum?
Absolutely. A lightly spiced rum will add warming vanilla-and-clove notes, making the colour a bit deeper and the flavour more autumnal.
How do I keep the layers distinct?
Pour each layer slowly over the back of a bar spoon and use chilled ingredients—this gives you sharp colour separation and a more striking “sunset” effect.
