The Original Cointreau Fizz Cocktail was created by Jean Lupoïu, a famous French bartender, in the early 1950’s, in Paris. It is a very easy cocktail to make as it is simply Cointreau paired with lime juice and topped up with some soda water.

Cointreau Fizz Ingredients
- 2 & 1/2 shots (60ml) x Cointreau
- 1 & 1/2 shots (30ml) x Lime Juice
- Soda Water to top up
Cointreau Fizz Cocktail Recipe
- To make the Cointreau Fizz, measure and pour in to a glass full of ice the Cointreau, Lime Juice, and then top up with the Soda Water.
- Stir the cocktail
- Garnish with a slice or twist of orange.
- Then Sip & Enjoy!
